Olivia Koupaki is the coordinator of WANIDA, the West African Network of Infectious Diseases African Centers of Excellence (ACEs) operating on infectious disease in West Africa. Created in 2020, WANIDA brings together 7 African Centers of Excellence (WACCBIP, ACEGID, ACEMFS, ACEPHAP, ACENTDFB, ITECH-MTV and CEA-PCMT) to facilitate scientific collaborations.
Olivia Koupaki holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and a master's degree in Biology from Concordia University, as well as a graduate diploma in Health and Social Services Management from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has 9 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the management of clinical trials, clinical monitoring, and in the management of international cooperation projects.
